A wild soul of the 17th century in Rome: Michelangelo Merisi said Caravaggio 

1. We will start from Piazza del Popolo, and from the church of St. Maria del Popolo where we will mainly focus on the two most famous paintings by Caravaggio: the Crucifixion of St. Peter and the Conversion of St. Paul; we will stroll through the streets and alleys of Rome and imagine life at the times of Bernini, Borromini and Caravaggio, Pietro da Cortona and many others. We will continue with the church of St. Louis of the French where we will lose ourselves in the three paintings on the Conversion of St. Mattew by Caravaggio, to finish with the church of St. Augustin and the Virgin with the Pilgrims.
2. From the collection of Palazzo Barberini to the collection of Palazzo Doria-Pamphily.
